Our story and our mission
OZ-Technology grew out of a dual background : more than twenty-five years of software development and operation of critical telecom infrastructure on one side, and a deep understanding of legal, energy and regulatory issues on the other. This fairly uncommon combination has become the foundation of how we work.
Our mission : to help users regain control of their data, their processes and their energy, through digital tools that are simple, transparent and genuinely suited to real-world conditions — not generic products dressed up for the occasion.

Pascal Nicholls, a dual technical and legal culture
OZ-Technology is run by Pascal Nicholls, who has designed and operated telecom and VoIP infrastructure for more than twenty-five years : national and international interconnections, critical networks, reliable architectures for operators and enterprises.
Master's degree in computer science, Bachelor's degree in computer science and Bachelor's degree in law focused on digital issues : this combination makes it possible to approach every project with both a solid grasp of the technology and real attention to compliance, contracts and IT governance.

Every project includes HTTPS/TLS encryption, strictly scoped access to data (including for AI assistants, with controlled read access), server hardening and attention to GDPR from the design stage : personal data, logging, retention periods.
