Who am I
Founder of OZ-Technology
I design and operate telecom and VoIP infrastructure, and have done so for more than twenty-five years. My playing field : national and international interconnections, critical networks and reliable architectures for operators and enterprises.
With a Master's degree in computer science and solid field experience, I combine a strong grasp of technology with a very results-oriented outlook : quality of service, resilience, controlled costs and operational simplicity. Through OZ-Technology, I put this know-how to work on projects that blend telecom, energy and tailor-made digital solutions.
Achievements in telecom and VoIP
A large part of my work has consisted of building telecom environments that are reliable, predictable and scalable, particularly in the world of VoIP and interconnections.
- Setting up SIP and TDM interconnections with the leading Belgian operators as well as several foreign operators, while meeting strict requirements on quality, security and compliance.
- Migrating large-scale VoIP networks to new IP architectures, with noticeable improvements in stability, performance and operational visibility across tens of thousands of lines.
- Designing automation solutions for billing, monitoring and reporting (SLA, KPI), to strengthen reliability, transparency and cost control.
This telecom foundation is now at the heart of OZ-Technology's solutions : VoIP platforms, interconnections, advanced monitoring and integration with existing systems to create coherent, robust environments.
Education and certifications
I build on a solid academic background, which I continue to enrich over time to stay aligned with the current challenges of digital technology and regulation.

- Certifications in IT best practices and project management (ITIL4 Foundation, Prince2, risk management)
This combination of technical and legal knowledge is particularly useful for dealing with topics such as compliance, contracts, security and the governance of information systems.
How I work
My approach is pragmatic and long-term oriented. I prefer simple, well-thought-out and documented architectures over complex solutions that are hard to operate.
In practice, this translates into a few principles that guide my work :
- listen first to the real need and the business context before talking technology ;
- be transparent about technical choices, risks and associated costs ;
- aim for reliability, resilience and scalability rather than chasing trends ;
- work closely with business, technical and finance teams.
Whether it's an interconnection, a complete VoIP architecture, a monitoring project or a solution combining telecom, energy and data, the goal stays the same : to deliver a system that is clear, robust and built to last.
